Brienzo’s Wood Fired Pizza offers our clients a unique culinary experience: We have gone to great lengths to bring a “taste of Italy” to you. Wood fired cooking began many centuries ago but the tradition of Naples style pizza making is happening right here in Central IL. Wood Fired Pizza is baked at 800-900 degrees next to a hardwood fire in an Italian brick oven. The dough is specially made for the oven and results in a crispy outside and a soft “fresh bread” inside texture. This is Neapolitan style pizza made in the centuries old traditional way. Another first of its kind is our authentic Italian wood-fired oven which we had mounted onto a custom-built trailer that can be transported wherever you would like us to be. We can actually bring THE FIRE TO YOU and hand craft our award winning pies right at your event.
